Little Ninja's

 

Little Ninja classes are held for children aged 4 to 10 years

The classes are run in a fun learning environment that helps promote a positive and
enjoyable experience that children will love!

Seniors

 

Senior classes are held for anyone age 11+
men, women and juniors are all welcome

The classes are run in a relaxed and informative manner that keeps
them both fun and enjoyable for everyone

The classes cater for all levels of fitness from the couch potato to the gym junkie
One thing is for sure you will get fit, tone up and increase your fitness level
