The
Edge Martial Arts Students in the club have been making excellent progress in recent months; therefore we have decided to schedule a date for the next grading. This will be for all students who have been training for more than 3 months and will take place on Sunday 11th December at Abbeydale Community Centre at the following times:
Little Ninjas – 12:45 to 14:00 (to start at 13:00) It is essential that
students arrive for the grading on time to ensure you are ready as
anyone who arrives late will not be permitted to undertake the grading –
No Excuses. The fee for the grading is £20 and will be taken on the day.
Students are also reminded that current belts must be worn on the day of
the grading. Students will be assessed from now until the date of the
grading as to whether they are ready to undertake it, if they are not
they will be told by myself or Daryl and will not participate on the
day. As most of you will know I will not enter any student into a
grading unless I am confident they have the ability to pass. Can I ask
all parents to enforce that discipline and effort are key on grading day
as a grading is essentially a test. I will also be placing
a kit order on the 14th of November where you can order
trousers, t-shirts, gloves, pads or any other kit you may require.
Orders must be placed and paid for by this date otherwise you will have
to wait for the next order. Students are reminded that all kit should be
ordered through the club in order to ensure quality and compliance. Kit
